Seems TSMC has chosen Asia (and Europe) over America, for its batch of new fabs.

Well, the labour cost and work culture are more favourable in Asia and Europe. So it makes sense. It’s too expensive to build and manage fabs in US. Margins will go down unless US government incentivise these fabs with massive tax cuts.
