I was so hopeful that Reddit might see reason, but at this point, pigboy can take reddit and stuff it up his spez (lemmy.world)

This is honestly probably for the best. It's a really bad idea that we've let reddit monopolize niche knowledge

Havent been on reddit for 24 hours, havent felt the urge to check it either now that I have lemmy tbh

Took me like a week to stop the muscle memory of typing reddit.com into the address bar, but, I'm here to stay now.

I got real lucky. I have google earth as my new tab page and would click the home button to get to reddit. Me leaving reddit coincided with firefox removing the home button.
