Just so no one else reloads 131 times like I did to get a +2 wisdom bonus for Shadowheart, it doesn't work for her since she has "nothing more to give."

Yes, I kept track of how many times I reloaded.

Between the mirror and the hag's hair, that's +3 bonus, are there any others? It seems weird that it would total to an odd number, that would leave whatever stat you combine them on (if you do combine them on the same stat) to have no benefit elevating the natural stat beyond 19.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! Looks like it is just those two (I don't count the blood, since that's only strength and it still caps at 20.)

The Potion of everlasting vigor doesn't cap at 20. You can get to 22 Str with it.
