“At the same time, we continue to struggle with supply in the resale, new home and rental markets resulting in further upward pressure on home prices.”

That's because it's Calgary. It's the only place anyone can afford. (Excluding St. John's)

There's Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Edmonton, I'm sure more. Calgary was a bit slept on as bigger city though.
