You can, it's just really fucking hard. One of the best things I learned in therapy is how to push these thoughts away. I thought for a long time that it was impossible, until I learned different methods and really put some effort into learning it
Share some of those algorithms? For personal growth plz?
You know. You just try really hard. Like extra hard. That's all it takes to cure neurodivergence. Like depression; just be happy instead.
That'd an interesting take. Is Neurodivergence something 'to cure'? Or you just graduate slowly to make it your super power and can turn on its positive effects on and off on command? (I. E. You get out of its dimension and it becomes a toolbox, like capturing a pokemon, lol)
For me, treatment unlocked my superpowers. But after asking around in our Lemmy community, it unfortunately is not like that for everyone.
