Utility trucks often have a hose and a funnel in the back, running through a hole in the floor underneath the truck.

These are the trucks that carry equipment for restoring power after storms. They can go all over the country if needed. Some of these trucks traveled to Florida after the hurricane, from here in Michigan. The crew gets somewhere, does what needs to be done, and then on to the next stop.

And they're drinking a lot of water.
