I imagine they throw the van into any space they can as they aren't paid enough. I've seen a local Amazon delivery driver running back and forth all day long. It can't be worth doing that.

What’s the logic though? “I’m underpaid so I’ll annoy other people”?

I can think of more effective protests.

Probably "I don't get paid enough/have enough time to find a proper parking space, so fuck it this'll do"
