If they are legal, they are required to be FDA approved and not classified as marijuana. I am also in the Bible belt for reference and anything store bought has never done anything for me, gummies or otherwise.
If products like these don't get you anything, you may need to consult a doctor.

You can see that it says cannabinoid on the packaging, maybe if you have super low tolerance or are not and experienced smoker you might get a slight buzz, nothing compared to the real thing. I provided my research and have spoken from personal experience. Sorry but that's not marijuana according to the FDA, and no, they do not do anything for me.
Delta-9 gummies are the real-deal. I can't tell the difference between THCA flower and regular flower (I'm pretty sure it's just uncured bud). They also make THCA concentrates.
There's studies of THCA not causing the psychoactive effects of marijuana.
Decarboxylation happens when heat is applied (smoking or vaping, for example), turning THCA into delta-9 THC.
That's fair, although that process happening as you smoke it once again doesn't compare for me. I'm not here to argue at all, just stating what I know about this stuff. I'll catch my buzz from my own, if you catch a buzz from THCA then go crazy. I just don't.
