Fernandinho and Rodri have been the best at this for years, the thing is I can only see it affecting lower teams because the 2 above mentioned got away with countless times and I can see the other teams in the top 6 doing it too without much impact.

Genuinely have never heard of him, is he actually good enough to play for Sweden at 17 (now 18)?
Can just imagine Jack Grealish or Kevin De Bruyne retiring after earning ยฃ400k a week for over a decade to become a ref for 1% of that for the love of the game.
