I would like to be able to tie this to the votes and maybe make a way to pass the “main character” torch after a “trigger” event happens. Doing this on a fun whim and making it up as I go.

I think an explanation of what 196 is for those of us who have no idea would be helpful. This seems interesting, but obviously trying to google isn't of much use.
