When you live in a capitalist society, unfortunately the value system is rigged against those with adhd. That DOES NOT mean that you have no value; only that the system was intentionally setup so the only value is “production” in the sense of making a few capitalists richer.

Just know that you are loved and valued. Don’t look to the system for validation.
