Everyone saying it isn't a dig: unpopular opinion, I think it is.

It's classic mind games. Trying to name drop Arteta like he was weak by whining, and also basically saying the decision was shit without saying it. Using Mikel to make his point while simultaneously trying to make Arteta seem weak.
