Next door to me is a young family with 2 kids. Today the young woman's parents (I know cuz I've met them a few times) dropped by and they're all blowing bubbles in their backyard. I thought it was cute. Karen a couple doors down didn't like it and told them to stop. Since I'm in one of my moods I was about to open my door just to tell her off when grandma told Karen to fuck off and mind her business. Karen was so taken aback she stuttered then went back inside. Grandma did the Lord's work.

she called me for an update and I was telling her about my week, but then she kept interrupting me and I wasn't able to finish a sentence.

I got tired of it and decided to just not say anything and see what happens. we're still on the phone. she's been talking in circles for the last 10 mins with my minimal input aside from "yes, mhm" etc. at one point she started updating me about my sister even though she apparently called to ask about me.

I just don't see the point of calling if I'm not actually able to say anything.

Walking behind someone to enter a building. And of course, they open the door, step into the doorway, then stop. It's too narrow to go around them, so you have to wait until they finally decide to move on.

In an enclosed area, so they decide that standing in front of the entrance is a perfect location to engage in chit chat with their friends.

And the list goes on. People stopping at chokepoints to movement and doing anything except moving out of the chokepoints.
