@[email protected] Once upon a time (for a few decades) across from the steps on S Street stood the Founding Church of Scientology. Staffers sometimes used the steps as a place to chill or grab a smoke during their little bits of time off. The Snow White conspiracy to infiltrate federal agencies was run from there. I lived a block down on R. Weird times
