As a paraprofessional at an elementary school, I had offended a parent by writing that their child was insulting their peers on their parent communication form. Then I wasn't allowed to write on it unless it was all positivity and approved by the supervisor. Then I wasn't allowed at all, because the supervisor was afraid of me being honest for some reason.
I talked to my principal, and she said that I was not allowed to disagree, and that I had to consider another job if I couldn't work with that.
So I went to the superintendent and complained. He told me that the high school teacher didn't want me because apparently I was giving off a weird vibe even though I had worked with her before and she liked me.
Then I was given mental health days until they would reassign me to the other elementary school in the district. I went to the mall in the meantime and the high school life skills students were on a field trip. A couple of the paras said hi, and I was accused of stalking them even though I sat in the same spot at the food court the whole time and none of them were in any of the shops that I went to. That's when I got terminated.
Naturally, I went to my union representative who told me to file a human rights claim because, also, they didn't give me proper accommodations for my depression and anxiety as promised. I sent emails to the teachers and the parent apologizing even though I wasn't allowed to contact them or be on school property, and then, voila, cease-and-desist letter.
For contacting school staff (former coworkers) and apologizing for what I did.
You know how my memory is.
