I just wish I would be allowed to have a persistent number row on my keyboard. I literally cannot fathom why I’m not permitted to have this. (And as a side-note, I also wish I could swipe type on the full-size keyboard and not have to minimize it down to the little accessibility version. There literally seems to be no point to this, except to make users’s lives more difficult.)

You are almost certainly technically correct. Which is the best kind of correct. I will just add, that if you accidentally wash it with soap, you're not going to ruin the pan. Just rinse thoroughly, dry thoroughly, and reapply your oil of choice (I usually use Avocado oil.) I think what [email protected] is saying, is that all that seasoning build-up over time can really be negated if this happens, which is absolutely a fair and valid point to make.
I started this process and never finished and I don’t remember what I’m supposed to do, but I guess I will try to figure it out.
When and where and to what degree the supposedly AI powered correction suggestions appear or how accurate they are, seems to vary wildly, which definitely does not help the experience
