Just read the law. The article is just an example. The law would say something about public oferte and it isn't important what exactly services you provide. If you sell something then you should sell it in indiscriminatory way. Buy? The same approach.

Sarcastic? No. But I don't know Spanish, maybe in original it isn't that easy to read. I read it in my native language. It was a long time ago when I was a kid, so I don't remember details, but I don't remember any problems with plot structure or personages either.
