There's a very high likelihood she would have died if their gave her the transplant without her being vaccinated. A transplant is already a huge stress on a body and if you're not vaccinated, you have a high chance to die from something as simple as the flu or a staph infection, due to all the immunosuppressant meds required.

Agreed. The whole pacing of the show felt like they were stretching to fill time, and the fight choreography and editing felt lazy, like they didn't have enough time to properly train those fight moves and resorted to a lot of cuts to hide it. The whole writing of the show is pretty cliche and so many lines of dialogue were easy to predict before the actors even opened their mouths.
