I’m getting this as well. Mobile Safari on iOS 17.

Yep, I’ve tried it. Unfortunately for me it only reduces my symptoms by about half. Better than nothing but not something I can rely on every day. :(

Torties/calicos can absolutely have stripes. They are sometimes called torbies. It’s not impossible but pretty unlikely that this cat is male. In order for a cat to have both brown/black and orange patches, they must have two different variants of the gene that determines fur color. This gene is carried on the X chromosome. This is why something like 98% of torties/calicos are female.

I can relate. I’m extremely FODMAP-intolerant. Onion and garlic are the bane of my existence, especially since they’re in literally every ready-made food that exists.

Fodzyme is an enzyme that breaks down certain FODMAPs, particularly fructans which are found in onions, garlic, and wheat. There is currently only one other product on the market that breaks down fructans that I know of and I think you have to be a clinician to buy it. Fodzyme is pretty expensive and works so-so for me, though a lot of people seem to have good results with it.

Agreed, I think Reddit is going to die in fits and bursts and the fediverse will continue to build momentum with each wave. I think it’s arguable that we’re already starting to see this shift happen with Twitter and Mastodon. A behemoth like Reddit was never going to die overnight, but the users who really care have left or will leave soon. And it’s those users who made Reddit what it was, not its scale imo.

I ended up having to delete and re-add my account to get it working.
