Apparently there’s a ‘top four’ in international rugby. I didn’t know there was a table.
Really? The world ranking table is freely available... And is probably a more reliable indicator than the world cup - albeit much less exciting.

As the current 5th place supporter, the gulf between the top 4 and the rest is immense. Akin to men's tennis a few years ago
