I’m affiliated with RPCS3 and would like to correct the title of your post as it is misleading. RPCS3 was co-founded by DH and Hykem. In 2016 DH left the RPCS3 project to work on other projects, one of which involved doing research for PS4 emulation. Since that time he has been privately developing RPCS4. Only recently he decided to make the repo for it public on github but he’s kept us in the loop with the small progresses he had made from time to time over the years. With this background out of the way: RPCS4 is NOT part of RPCS3 and RPCS3’s devs like KD-11 and Neko did not play a role in RPCS4’s creation. It was solely developed by DH all these years. All Neko and KD did was submit some small commit changes to the repo recently. But we have noticed that a lot of news outlets just ran with it and started telling people RPCS3 Devs are now working on RPCS4. Just wanted to clear things up. In any case, we look forward to seeing what DH does with RPCS4, we have been patiently waiting for a long time now and are very excited to see where it goes from here.

Thanks for explaining.
It will be very interesting seeing how the project progresses.
No worries. At this rate we may get Bloodborne on PC via RPCS4 way before the so called PC port ever manages to see the light of day! Haha.
