This is a redistribution of taxes from the public to the private, namely the law firms selected to defend the state's trampling of an independent organization's free speech rights. DeSantis just wants to move my money around.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis aspires to be the same kind of Autocrat despised by the founders of the United States. He must be exposed for what he is: a great threat to our Democratic Republic and American values. Republicans don't punish big businesses like the Walt Disney Company for disagreeing with them. Fascists do. DeSantis and those like him are a massive threat to our Democracy.

Very plausible, and I wonder why some news org hasn't noticed the pattern yet.
Who knew Florida’s Supreme Leader would hurt the citizens directly, indirectly and in any other way you can think of.
DuhSantis is the poster child for Florida Man.
No no no no, let's not take all that money and better the communities, schools and individual lives of your state. Let's go on an all out lopsided ass war against 'woke' cuz they're not normal according to some dumbass book written by men and cost businesses and constituents alike millions and millions of dollars to "own the libs". Oh and run out the hardest working people of the state cuz brown skin. It's the Sunshine State, we all have brown skin over time!! What a fuckin' embarrassment.
