It's a bit of both, from my understanding. Creamy Creations? HEB makes the stuff. Triple-chocolate granola? Made in Germany.

How do you define the two? There aren't HEB owned farms or production facilities that I'm aware of. The labels in their branded stuff usually say, "Made with care for HEB."

I just looked at two bags of chips from HEB. One say "for HEB" and the other says "by HEB."

I also found on their website, they do have production facilities for bakery, tortillas, and dairy. https://www.heb.com/static-page/article-template/Made-in-Texas

I think it's all Hill County Faire with an extra coat of paint on it.

There definitely are products that are different. HCF butter and HEB butter are different shapes, but is HEB higher quality? I can’t say?
