What does this look like in practise do you think? The steps she described didn't sound like "taking power away from men". It sounded like men encouraging one another to acknowledge truths about women's and girls experiences.

It’s worth a shot. Look what we’ve done to the place.
One could say it also lead us here, men and women are more split politically than ever.
And by "It" I don't mean feminism specifically. I don't think you need to take anything from someone or a group to advance your own like the title suggests.
Men are more powerful than women in our societies. You can't make equality without making men less powerful.
But why are they more powerful? Is it because of merits or the societal norm that men are leaders while the women should bear children and cook for dinner?
Not of merits, that's for sure.
