have a 13900k runming with a Corsair Capelix 420mm AIO. (Got the latter on amazon). It hit 100°C temps in cinebench after around 30 to 40 seconds. I have ruled out any kind of 'not enough airflow' 'problem, I have even bought a thermalgrizzly contach frame but i still get 45C idle. I have had to undervolt to 90V to stop the fans from going crazy when gaming. At this point my guess is i just got a bad CPU/AIO? The aio liquid also hits aroud 50C when gaming, so this combined with the plate i got seems to rule out any contact problem. I just don t really know what to do. Did i get a bad cooler/chip? It doesn t look like i can claim any warranty and go "it just runs too hot"... I don t really know what to do here, open to any advice.
