My Asus AM4 motherboard fried itself and the system is still acting flaky with the RMAed board, so I'm doing a clean HTPC build since I don't trust any of the components that were in it.

The motherboard I'm looking to get is an Asrock B650I Lightning board with the upcoming Ryzen 7 8700G CPU. The board and CPU both support HDMI 2.1, and the integrated GPU on the CPU is Radeon 780M. So would be nice to just use integrated graphics for HTPC use cases (4K, HDR, Bitstreaming Surround). I was previously using a GTX 970, whereas the integrated Radeon 780M seems to be on par with it.

Will I be able to bitstream Atmos using the onboard HDMI?
