I have a SFF that has a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, and it has this low profile RX 560 card that supposedly uses 8 lanes of PCIe 3.0.

It's tempermental lately, and if it goes out, I'm wondering if I would see a performance upgrade with this low profile RX 6400 that supposedly uses 4 lanes of PCIe 4.0.

Obviously - on my SFF configuration - the RX 6400 would use 4 lanes of PCIe 3.0, as opposed to the 8 lanes for the RX 560. But since the RX 6400 is internally faster, would I see a significant performance upgrade? (In my games, I see that the GPU is the bottleneck, running at 100% usage, while my CPU hovers around 30%)
