G* Valkyrie or Star Viking. Not great for a 1-disc round or shorter stuff but I feel like both of mine always get in the general shape of what I'm trying to do. Or I like to think that before their first available tree by 0.5" *eta Envy for putt or approach; Hex for mid **Halo Mako3 if it didn't rip off of any tree it hits

Champ wraith for sure

Musket, because it flys so straight, and a slammer because when it lands it stays there.

Mako3, it just stays on whatever line you give it, perfect for my home course that plays in the woods.

I really like the Proxy for the same reason, just find putters more comfortable to throw than mids.

I understand the reasoning for the proxy. It's always a tough choice to use that or an Envy. I love throwing putters for a farther approach - I just don't have the hand or finger shape/size for getting a full enough grip on the putters.

Probably the Roc3 in champion plastic. A classic but it's what I reach for a lot.

As a beginner, I like Innova KC Pro Roc. The heavy predictible fade seems to align nicely wit a lot of shots on my local course and I find myself running it a lot.

I'm gonna break it up!

Driver: Royal Grand Grace - Plastic is great and flies amazing!

Mid: Hex - close second is Emac Truth. Hex is one of my most reliable mids to rip off the pad. Flies ~250 straight with a final 20' fade.

Approach: Zone - nuff said

Putter: SSS Wizard - plastic feels great and the bead is perfect to rest index finger on.

Despite my username, gonna go with undertaker. But buzzz is my favorite mid

Driver: Destroyer

Mid: Buzz

Putter: Judge

:)

Driver: Lucid Judge Midrange: Fusion Judge Putter: Prime Burst Judge

All joking aside, the Judge is a great disc!

I just started playing and just bought a beginner set at the local disc shop. I would like to see some recommendations though.

Definitely try out some putters and midranges first. Learning those kinds of discs first helps a lot when you start throwing drivers. For Innova, the aviar putters are the most popular and widely available. Midranges, check out: Roc, Roc3, and Mako. Other midranges and putters to try: P2 (discmania putter), Buzzz(discraft midrange), Bounty(dynamic midrange), Judge(dynamic putter, my favorite disc). Really look for discs that are 5 speend and under for a while. Drivers will most all do the same thing until you get your form down and comfortable with your personal style.
