I can see 18+ subs even with hide adult content on but I can't see any posts. Does a magazine being labled 18+ only hide the posts or are some of these magazines not labled 18+?

Are you sure they were kbin magazines and not lemmy communities? There is a bug where lemmy communities that are NSFW don't get flagged by Kbin.

Huh, that's strange I haven't run across that. Is it in the all feed they are showing? Or elsewhere?

I’m having the same issue but it looks like the posts weren’t marked NSFW. Also they have all been from Lemmy instances so maybe it has to do with federating today.

I don't think it has to do with federating since the magazines I've seen were on kbin.
