Surprising nobody, Reddit Corp threatening a gaming sub of a fanatically anti-corporate video game doesn't go as they'd hoped.

The mod team have basically decided that "Fuck Reddit" is the way forward, and appear to have practically total support of their entire sub for the choice taken.

Presumably, we're about to get a Cyberpunk community on Fediverse soon. :p

Is this game good now? Never bought it, but the community seems cool

If you're on PC then the game has always been worth it IMO, and it's 50% off on steam right now.

The game is also getting a huge overhaul in September. They're changing a lot of mechanics to make things flow much more smoothly and bringing the game closer to their original vision. If you are on the fence it may be worth waiting a few months.
