Right to Repair/Ownership

Whether it be electronics, automobiles or medical equipment, the manufacturers should not be able to horde "oem" parts, render your stuff useless if you repair it with aftermarket parts, or hide schematics of their products.

i was under the impression that "new battery technology" had us done with that sort of thing? tis a bummer because i don't really see how i can wake up in the middle of the night to unplug the thing.
but i really appreciate the advice. i am definitely interested in extending my battery life. 👍
