At lvl 61 you can't use Chromie anymore because Chromie is only for leveling, if you want to catch-up on story you have 2 options: either start a new char and use Chromie to play the xpac you want, or play the xpac on your main.

If you're only interested in seeing the story, using your main is much much faster because you'll basically one-shot everything and that allows you to also solo dungeons/normal raids where part of the story is.
