Last year I planned to buy the F1 title, but ultimately skipped it because I wasn't exactly convinced that it was worth the money. Reading this, I'm not exactly convinced to buy it this year either. Guess I'll enjoy myself with going sbinalla in Assetto Corsa with the Race Sim Studio F1-like cars instead.

this whole idea of needing to buy a whole new game because it's another season is ridiculous.

Yeah exactly, I'm definitely not planning to buy one every year. But maybe every 2nd or 3rd year just to get the updates. Or at the end of the year when it's 10 euros or something. It's the same as with Fifa and other sports games. Enough people buy one every year, so apparently some people want to pay this fee.
