The app Seek has taught me that everything is a dicot. No clue what specifically anything is… but I know they’re dicots.

The only reason lawn weedkiller works is because grass isn't a dicot, it's one of the few monocots

So the weedkiller can be designed to kill everything that's a dicot but leave the grass
