I don’t see anything in the article mentioning the UK or France, only the US? Am I missing something?

Look at the address. This submission is https://kyivindependent.com/uk-france-approve-ukraines-use-of-long-range-missiles-for-strikes-inside-russia-le-figaro-reports/ but it now redirects to https://kyivindependent.com/nyt-biden-authorizes-ukraine-to-target-russia-with-us-long-range-missiles/

I don't know if the Le Figaro report was rescinded or if there are merely technical problems at Kyiv Independent.
