he pops up a lot, I'm not familiar with any actual evidence he's presented. this story in particular is months old based on older claims by elizondo.

luis talks a lot, not the best witness.

If you want a good witness, listen to David fravor interviews, he was piloting one of the planes tracking the ufo in the Nimitz incident, the tic tac ship that the DOD released video of.

he tells the whole story and there's video evidence from the dod to back up his testimony about an unidentified flying object, so it's pretty credible.
