I saw an interview with a couple of the devs on this update and it seems like they have a lot of love, respect, and energy for the project.

I also had to laugh that they did apparently a lot of optimization work to get it running better, and like, if you can't get Doom at 60 fps on the current generation of consoles then something has gone terribly wrong in game dev! (I'm just kidding, I KNOW that things have gone terribly wrong for all dev, not just games!)
