We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.

I also enjoyed the quote from a man saying "you don't see little girls playing with model planes" as proof that women genetically aren't meant to be pilots in an article denying the industry has an inclusion problem that needs to be addressed.
"We've noticed a lack of women becoming pilots so we created a DEI department to see if there might be some things we're doing that is discouraging women from seeking this as a career"
"Hiring women pilots!? How are women going to fly a plane!? They can't even drive a car! We're going to get more plane crashes if we hire women as pilots! They should just be a stewardess! And what happened to those short skirts they used to wear?"
