The only thing bothering me about this is that there isn't an identity and video evidence of the executive making that statement.

Cause the doofus who said it was too weak-kneed to allow his name to be put into print.

Remember, journalists use unnamed sources all the time ... Perlman is simply stating he knows who it is.
