Soak any dry beans (12h), then drain water Add to slowcooker pot:

• tomato paste
• any sausage or other meat
• garlic
• oregano, cumin, chili, pepper, msg, butter
• any bouillon cube

cover with water + some, COVER WITH SEALED LID (important)

• Get it to boil then reduce to low (I put the dish in the microwave, faster)
• Cook until beans soft and delicious

Good optional:

• carrots, onions, whatever you have extra from the freezer

Mix of squash / zucchini flowers. Somehow, despite the fact it'll mostly be oil, batter and salt, the fact that there's a freshly plucked flower at the centre makes me feel like I'm a healthy elf.

Made these vegan muffins, including equally shitty diy muffin liners, in my airfryer because I don't have an oven. Made with leftover peanut butter and blueberry jam before leaving the house for a few weeks 👌🧑‍🍳
