So this may not be entirely relevant to this sub but I feel if anyones going to know the answer it is you guys and gals.

Basically I want to stop ads from popping up on free applications on my android. E.g. finish a round of a game and immediately an ad pops up for another game that has a rime limit of like 20 seconds before you can press the "X" but then it usually cuts to another screen where you have to press the "X" again.

Half the time, my fat thumbs miss the "X" and I get taken to the app store.

Is there anyway to stop this?

I stumbled upon P stream via FMHY. Whilst the site itself has no issues and will stream okayishly, it pushes users to install an extension for higher quality streams. The extension is published on Mozilla Add on store but has hardly much users. Curiously, it has the permission called Access Data on All Sites.

I removed it soon after since browser extensions can be a malicious attack vector. Has anyone used this site? It was linked to as a trusted alternative on the movie-web domain listed at top of FMHY [Free Movie Heck Yeah].

I want to rant about issues with Amazon recently. I just got a new Kindle Paperwhite 11 and I wanted to experience the true Kindle experience. I purchased a few books with VPN since my country have some problem with Amazon Kindle. Lol and Behold they suspended my account after I purchase 30$ worth of books and after providing whatever documents they requested. They are now closing it down. Now I have to charge back via my bank. Before that, I was pirating books on Kindle 5th gen for 7 years and had no issues.

The first time I've ever gotten a big red "malicious file" on a fitgirl repack... Idk maybe she's finally gone rogue but I never had Windows defender get this mad before.

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get my hand on a Korean documentary it is well known, not that obscure. However, I can’t seem to find it on my two usual torrent sites (TPB and YGG), do you guys know where I could be more lucky ? I tried the qbittorent search engine as well as Torrentz

Thanks in advance

I do not own a high ress tv and grew up watching movies using my PC, and I still do. I will probably end up with a 2k monitor soon-ish, but until then I aim at around min 1080p 10GB.

Edit: auto correct, I meant to say not own a high res tv

Edit 2: I meant drawing the line both ways, I should have made that clear.

Since cracked Spotify on Android is a futile effort at this point (no version works on my account), and since I love its recommendation algorithm, I had this harebrained idea of streaming Spicetify on my PC to my phone, but I have yet to find a solution that works outside of my PC's wifi network. A few criteria:

  • Just for clarification, I am not trying to stream local files stored on my PC. I am trying to stream audio from a program on my PC (Spicetify) onto my phone. I would do it locally since it's far less hassle, but then I get zero recommendations from Spotify, which is the whole point of this exercise.
  • I listen to music on my phone far more often than I do on PC, so grabbing recommended songs from there and downloading them locally is more effort in the long run instead of suffering through finding a solution to this problem once.
  • Youtube Music will pull from videos that aren't the "official audio", which means in-video skits will play and obviously, I don't want that. Also, audio sometimes skips.
  • Audiorelay works but only on the same network.
  • My phone's audio quality tanks whenever I'm on a voice call, so using Discord or Mumble is not an option.
  • Rustdesk is what I use to switch songs and it itself works for streaming audio, but video streaming is a bit of a data hog and audio won't always stay in the background.
  • EeveeSpotify (iOS only) is by far the best solution I have right now but I have to turn on data tethering before I start using it and I need to bring another phone with me. And streaming audio in the background from multiple audio sources from both devices is impossible. Also, it's just more hassle to constantly charge an iPhone with a heavily degraded battery and to constantly switch between devices. Really wish someone would port EeveeSpotify's solution to Android...
  • I would love to be proven wrong, but as it stands, there's just too many songs, playlists, and podcasts to import and I have no idea how long it will take to rebuild whatever internal profile I have at Spotify that's giving me the recommendations it's giving me. So making a new Spotify account to get modded APKs working is out of the question. Besides, who knows how long before this new account is flagged again?
  • I understand if there's a solution that doesn't involve Spotify, but I just really love the recommendations it gives me, which is why I'm going through all this effort to get something working while the modded Android app is going through a period of unreliability.

Apologies in advance for the dumb post, I'm just nervous.

I was installing Detroit: Become Human, when during the file integrity check, a message popped up saying something along the lines of:

"Not all components were installed! Do not complain that the file check is missing files, don't be a fucking idiot!" ... Or something like that. It seemed scary to me, because I've never seen FitGirl do that before with selective installations. I DID uncheck all the non-english language options, but this message still gave me a scare.

I got the file from 1337x and I'm just wondering if this message is consistent with other people's experiences with that particular game upload from her. I know this is a dumb post and I don't want to be that guy, but I also want to be sure.

I wonder if there's anything similar to Steam Cloud service, something simple. So far I only found rclone, which is a CLI open-source program that sync any folder to many cloud services for free. But I wonder if there's any more robust approach, other than writing scripts to do it for me.

Original Title: VPN off but very odd looking microscopic amounts of upload traffic still active in qbittorrent? Should be no way since I bound my vpn but traffic is very regular in intervals and speed so idk if this is common??

I know for public trackers ya it's needed, but what about private? I mean good ones like Blutopia, MAM, etc.

TorrentLeech is private, but everyone and their mother is a member so it's basically public.

I wanted to ask any of you kind people if you go to school and if you do what VPN do you use to bypass their restrictions? I've tried quite a few VPNs, but no luck as they all don't work at school (they still work at home).

This is becoming increasingly frustrating and I was wondering if anybody could help. Thank you!

Hey all! So i just discovered debris services and its SUCH A GOOD FIT for me!

  1. Torrents downloaded at full speed from the browser, no vpn required!
  2. Integrates with streamio so its perfect for tv and movies
  3. Cached hits means if someone else on the network downloaded that torrent recently, there is not downloading wait for the server to retrieve it!

I'm testing torbox, idk if its the best so I just paid the one time 3 dollars. I actually am having problems with a missing file in the downloads so that's weird but w/e

Hello all, I recently got a SteamDeck and wanted to emulate switch games. I have no interest in torrenting (we got a letter last year for my brother torrenting) so I’m sticking with DDL.

I found the software needed using this subreddit, checked the prodkeys and firmware with VirusTotal and NordVPN. They were all clean.

I have Firefox and Ublock origin. I planned to use Proton as my VPN, download from Nxbrew, check the game file with VirusTotal before opening and then installing to my deck.

Does this sound like I’m taking all the right security measures? My girlfriend is paranoid we will get hit with the DMCA and lose internet access.

Thanks in advance!
