So I'm going to give it to you, @YakyuNightOwl ... although another correct answer is that they were both batboys. Willard Brown was a spring training batboy for the KC Monarchs, for whom he would later star. They played in Shreveport before the season started.

Normally I wouldn’t have an interest in a team from TN, but Dave Stewart has a role with the ownership group. He’s a solid guy, probably with the most experience of anyone across all levels of a baseball organization.
